We Are specialized in authentic Neapolitan pizza, baked hot and fast in a brick oven to achieve a not-too-thick, not-to-thin chewy, smoky crust, made from a recipe thats been handed down through five generations of pizzaioli (pizza makers). The meticulous selection of our products makes our creations unique every time. The Vesuvios tomato, the D. O. C. Buffalo mozzarella from Battipaglia, the most fragrant basil, the unique extra virgin olive oil made in italy. We offer a wide selection of pizzas, marked by delicate and complex ingredients. These combinations of flavors, along with the fresh pasta cooked in personalized wood ovens, gives to our pizza a taste and a fragrance that are really difficult to forget. The pursuit of quality and the proper expression of each dish is even more enhanced by the combination of wines sought carefully among the most important wineries in the italian nation. Our friendly staff welcomes both neigh-borhood regulars and visiting strangers like long-time friends. In addition to our pizza, Numero 28 offers classic Italian dishes such as lasagna, rigatoni alla Bolognese, eggplant parmigiana, homemade tiramisu, and an assortment of antipasti.
